Vision

Rai Foundation induces catalysts of change in the public domain by engaging with social and educational initiatives for social uplift. It aims to open the doors to India’s future as a developed nation using the keys of Educating, Enriching, Empowering and Enlightening.

    Learning built around what industry actually needs, so that access converts into employable capability.

    Widening the door, so that talent rather than circumstance decides who gets to learn.

    Standing with women and children through rights advocacy and reachable healthcare.

    Carrying India’s heritage forward while shaping the policy conversations that define its next fifty years.

Objectives

What the Foundation has set out to do.

  1. To provide equal opportunities for education to all, ensuring that a student’s willingness to learn and achieve is given priority over their capacity to pay or their prior academic record.
  2. To work towards creating a regenerated society that fights for its causes and understands its roots.
  3. To provide skill based and job oriented education to the youth.
  4. To focus on equity and access for all those wanting a better life.
  5. To take up issues of training and upliftment in areas of women empowerment and mainstreaming.
  6. To focus on key burning issues that affect public life and interest, including advocacy.
  7. To cultivate an informed and updated milieu that is able to think, act and feel responsibly, by disseminating information through various media to reach a larger audience.
  8. To facilitate availability of medical facilities by providing financial and infrastructural support to those who lack resources.
  9. To involve opinion leaders from all walks of life to build public opinion for reforms in education.
  10. To focus on the enrichment and upliftment of tribal communities across India.
  11. Inclusion of disadvantaged minorities into the mainstream of India’s economic, social and political processes.
